Human Assets & Leadership Expert, Mrs. Scheid (Casey) is driven by a deep passion for developing strong and engaged workforces.   Coupling her vast experience building cultures that align organizational objectives with a Masters in Human Resource Development from Nazareth University, Casey is poised to lead Owl AI in creating a dynamic culture that improves outcomes for members, investors and customers alike.

Casey's deep knowledge of Federal/State Labor Laws, Human Capital Management Systems, and change management are all available to Owl AI and can be leveraged for rapid growth.   Additionally, Owl AI employees will benefit through her leadership of competency management programs, team building and conflict avoidance/resolution strategies.  

Every good startup possesses a strong need to develop streamlined systems, manage risk, and build equitable policies. Casey's experience guiding through the pandemic, leading through a corporate merger and developing safety systems and risk assessment processes sets Owl AI up for success in building a sustainable business with an inclusive work environment. 

A native of the Empire State, Casey is proud to be bringing together top talent in imaging with a leading automotive imaging innovator.  She lives in Canandaigua with her husband and two twin children.  Spending time outside, whether it be enjoying the lake in the summer, hiking in the autumn leaves, or happily exploring the freshness of spring; she is blessed with a family that shares her love of the outdoors.
